Zvizdić and Izetbegović to Head Lists for Parliaments, and Čampara for Sarajevo Canton?

Bosnia and Herzegovina, (Patria) - According to deadlines set by the Central Election Commission, from June 27 until July 9, political entities can submit candidate lists. 

According to unofficial information, the Party of Democratic Action has already made decisions regarding the list holders for three levels of government: the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Federal Parliament, and the Assembly of Sarajevo Canton. 

Thus, the list holder for the State Parliament should be Denis Zvizdić, the current Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He was one of the main SDA candidates for the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the greatest support within the party, but he withdrew from the further race when the party Presidency accepted a list with four candidates. After his withdrawal, it was clear that Zvizdić would be sought for another position, given his status in the SDA and the function he holds.

Sebija Izetbegović, the wife of SDA President Bakir Izetbegović, who stated that his wife has good support from the field, also withdrew from the race for the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina. That this support was not in vain will be shown by the list for the Federal Parliament, where Sebija Izetbegović should be the list holder. Although the reason for her withdrawal from the presidential race was "unfinished work at the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo and healthcare," she may complete it through the Federal Parliament after finishing her work at the Clinical Center, the Faculty of Medicine, and the Medical Chamber of Sarajevo Canton. 

Although no one wants to say it out loud yet, the most dissatisfied among the SDA cadre is Aljoša Čampara, the current Minister of Interior of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, after Zvizdić withdrew his candidacy. In the General Elections, Čampara should settle for being the list holder for the Assembly of Sarajevo Canton. It is known that a split occurred in the SDA Club, with some members leaving both the club and the party, as well as strained relations among several factions of the Sarajevo SDA. Whether Čampara's task will be to keep everything under control will be shown when the lists become officially known.
