Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH Denis Zvizdić spoke today in Sarajevo with the President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Republic of Italy Laura Boldrini, who is on an official visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina, reports the Patria News Agency.
On this occasion, Zvizdić informed Boldrini about the current political situation in BiH, the goals of the Council of Ministers, and thanked her for everything Italy is doing for BiH.
Boldrini said that she came to BiH to encourage institutional relations between Italy and BiH. Speaking about the commemoration of the twentieth anniversary of the genocide in Srebrenica, she emphasized that efforts must be made to achieve truth and justice in BiH, and that this is a step that must be taken to achieve reconciliation.
Boldrini stated that it is necessary for the agreed-upon reforms to be implemented. She informed Zvizdić about the Protocol she handed over to the members of the House of Representatives of the PSBiH, which will strengthen relations between the parliaments of Italy and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Zvizdić expressed hope that Italy's support will continue in the coming period and will be even stronger. The meeting was also attended by the Ambassador of the Republic of Italy to BiH, Ruggero Corrias, it was announced from the Council of Ministers.
