Bekrić and Zolotić Officially Presented

At the Bristol Hotel today, new players for Plavi, Nermin Zolotić and Samir Bekrić, were officially presented ahead of the spring part of the season, writes the BH News Agency Patria.

Acting President of FK Željezničar, Amar Bajramović, stated that negotiations with the players began in November.

– During this transfer window, we aimed to bring in players and prepare the team for the 12-team Premier League. I hope that with the players who have arrived and those who will come, we will qualify for Europe, said Amar Bajramović.

FK Željezničar called on the fans to support the club in the coming period and expressed hope that the old positive atmosphere will return.

Samir Bekrić signed a three-and-a-half-year contract and expressed his gratitude to the fans and the people at the Club.

– I thank the people at the Club and the fans for the great welcome. As for the Club, I think Željo is on the right track. I am satisfied with the way the Club operates and the project that was presented to me, and I definitely see myself in it. I want to help these people and the Club to stay on the right track. We will bring trophies back to Grbavica, said Samir Bekrić.

Nermin Zolotić will be at Grbavica on loan until the end of the season, and he promises his maximum effort in the Plavi jersey.

– It is always nice to come home. I thank the people at the Club, I am satisfied and I will give my maximum to justify expectations and bring Željo back where it belongs – said Nermin Zolotić.

Other reinforcements for Plavi will be presented in the coming period.
