Roma's official website goes into detail about Džeko: Here's what you need to know about him

On Roma's official website, following the official announcement that Bosnian international and striker Edin Džeko signed a contract and became part of the team, several very interesting texts were published, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.

Apart from photo galleries of the welcome of our Diamond on August 6 at Rome's airport, the club premises, medical examination and first training session, there is also a text listing 10 facts you need to know about Džeko.

Among other things, author Nick Brown calls Džeko Roma's new hero. He reminds that Edin has the nickname Bosnian Diamond, which he received from commentator Marjan Mijajlović at the moment he scored a goal in the match against Belgium in March 2009.

His debut for the Bosnia and Herzegovina senior team (June 2, 2007 against Turkey) is also mentioned, followed by his goals that made him the national team's record scorer. The author also recalls Edin's four goals during the 2011-2012 Premier League season, and he scored a perfect hat-trick in the match against Tottenham Hotspur. He scored with his right foot, left foot and head.
