(Patria) - Head of the Bosniak Club in the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament, Muamer Zukić (SDA), commented in his Facebook post on the (in)activity of the federal legislative government, reminding that for three months no session of the FBiH Parliament has been held.
Recently, Zukić also reminds, a session of the House of Representatives was scheduled, which was then canceled due to a lack of quorum among the parliamentary majority.
Then, a session of the House of Peoples was scheduled and held yesterday, and then all laws from it were withdrawn due to coalition demands within the parliamentary majority.
"All in all, no laws have been adopted for three months. The reason is the evident crisis within the parliamentary majority and the new government's inability to manage processes in the FBiH institutions.
Therefore, we have an obvious paralysis of legislative activity in the FBiH, which actually means a government crisis in the Federation. The only thing that functions to some extent are dismissals and appointments, i.e., staffing.
And the only thing the new government is persistent in is circumventing the will of Bosniaks. Because even at yesterday's session of the House of Peoples, the unanimous position of the Bosniak club was ignored and outvoted.
It is gratifying that the Bosniak Club in the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament is acting seriously, and I am sure that our people have a strong political and institutional foothold in this body," Zukić stated.
