Zukić: File is coming at an inconvenient time

SDA party Secretary General Amir Zukić commented for the BiH news agency Patria (NAP) on the upcoming visit of European Union Enlargement Commissioner Štefan Füle to Sarajevo. Füle is scheduled to meet with BiH political leaders tomorrow to discuss the current situation and unblocking the European path.

Zukić stated that the SDA remains firm on the principle that the "Strasbourg court ruling 'Sejdić-Finci' must be implemented".

In this context, the SDA Deputy President Bakir Izetbegović will engage in discussions with Commissioner Füle tomorrow. Gentlemen from Europe are arriving at an inconvenient time in this part of the territory where Bosniaks are the majority, as unrest is occurring. Other negotiation actors, Milorad Dodik and Dragan Čović, are unburdened in this regard – Zukić said.
