Zubac to face charges in 15 days

Director of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) Goran Zubac will face charges in 15 days, writes the Patria News Agency.

The Court of BiH officially announced today that the indictment of the BiH Prosecutor's Office against Zubac, who is charged with dereliction of duty, has been confirmed. The indictment states, among other things, that the accused Zubac, as an official in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, consciously violated laws and other regulations, and acted with obvious negligence in the performance of his duties, resulting in property damage exceeding 10,000 KM.

- A hearing for a plea of guilt is scheduled within 15 days of receiving the indictment, and then a main hearing is scheduled within 30 or possibly 60 days - they told NAP from the Court of BiH.

Therefore, the procedure is clear: Goran Zubac will face charges in 15 days. Objections to the indictment are submitted within this 15-day period.
