The start of the main hearing in the Goran Zubac case, before the Department II for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption, is scheduled for September 18, 2014, starting at 09:00 AM in courtroom 8, Patria reports.
The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the indictment on June 16, 2014, charging the accused Zubac Goran with the criminal offense of dereliction of duty.
The indictment states, among other things, that the accused Goran Zubac, as an official in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, consciously violated laws and other regulations, and acted obviously negligently in the performance of his duties, resulting in property damage exceeding 10,000.00 KM.
