Zubac remains untouchable: Accused at the head of SIPA jeopardizes the security order in the country!

Goran Zubac was not suspended today at the session of the Independent Board of the BiH Parliament, although an indictment has been filed against him and he has been denied access to classified information, reports a reporter for the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).

This scandalous decision of the Independent Board was conveyed to journalists after the meeting, which Zubac briefly attended, by its chairman Žiko Krunić. According to him, Zubac is the director of SIPA in full capacity.

- We did not discuss the suspension today, because there are different interpretations of the regulations on the work of the Independent Board. We are not dissatisfied with Mr. Zubac's work, nor is the issue of access to classified information within our jurisdiction – said Krunić.

He stated that the documentation on the entire case collected by the Independent Board will be forwarded to the committees of the BiH Parliament, including the legislative-legal committee, in order to resolve the dispute over the interpretation of the law.

However, it is clear that all of this involves mockery of state laws, given that Krunić sent a letter to the media in RS yesterday stating that he would protect Zubac to the end and that a "political setup" was behind it all.

Meanwhile, a person under a final criminal indictment, without valid security checks and access to classified information, will remain at the head of the state police agency. According to Patria's findings, this situation can be interpreted as a violation of BiH's security system, jeopardizing the state and the legal order, reports NAP.
