Zubac disrespects even the Council of Ministers: Ignored conclusion and created national imbalance

The BiH Court is expected any day now to schedule a hearing for a plea of guilt by Goran Zubac, Director of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), who is accused of dereliction of duty, writes the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).

The Independent Oversight Board of the BiH Parliament has never suspended Zubac, although the Law on Police Officers specifies what should be done in such cases, and Zubac has not yet been banned from accessing classified information. Thus, Zubac has been doing whatever he wants without any control since February, and even before.

Right at the beginning of his tenure, he started removing кадровes who were not loyal to him, all of them Bosniaks, thus creating a major national imbalance in this very important state security institution.

Ministers in the Council of Ministers of BiH also recognized this, and on April 16, precisely on the day of the appointment of new directors of police agencies, they adopted a conclusion obliging all agency directors to respect the principle of national balance when appointing management кадровes.

However, Zubac ignored this conclusion and, even after it was adopted, removed Vahid Alagić from a management position. Given that Mirsad Vilić moved to the Border Police, a Bosniak did not take his place, so chaos reigns in SIPA when it comes to national balance.

It is known from before that Zubac also removed Rašid Palić, and the court proceedings related to this case are ongoing, reports NAP.
