Zubac in the dock today

A plea hearing before Section II for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Court of BiH, in the case of Goran Zubac, is scheduled for today starting at 1:00 PM in courtroom 6, reports the Patria news agency.

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed, on June 16, 2014, the indictment charging the accused Goran Zubac, director of SIPA, with the criminal offense of negligent work in office.

The indictment states, among other things, that the accused Goran Zubac, as an official in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, by knowingly violating laws and other regulations, acted in a clearly negligent manner in performing his duties, resulting in property damage exceeding 10,000.00 BAM.
