Victims are not giving up: We still insist on the dismissal of Bradara and Vlaisavljević

(Patria) - The Association of Victims and Witnesses of Genocide insists on the dismissal of Lidija Bradara and Sanja Vlaisavljević due to their support for war criminal Dario Kordić, and that policies and individuals who protect Dario Kordić in various ways, including through the media, are pressuring our Association and the victims themselves, we inform the public that we will not falter in our demands, it was announced.

"We are continuing our fight for truth and justice, and in that regard, we have sent a letter in which we asked high-ranking officials, Sanja Vlaisavljević and Lidija Bradara, for simple answers: 'Do they support the EU Parliament's resolution calling for the prosecution of Dario Kordić, an official statement from BiH authorities regarding the criminal statement of Dario Kordić, and do they support the legacy of the ICTY from The Hague and recognize the final verdicts of the ICTY which, among other things, established the Joint Criminal Enterprise and the commission of grave breaches of international humanitarian law by Croatian officials, including Dario Kordić.'

We have asked Lidija Bradara and Sanja Vlaisavljević to send us their answers as soon as possible, and no later than the end of this month, and if they do not respond, we will again inform all EU and world forums about who is leading the government in the FBiH.

We have also asked Lidija Bradara and Sanja Vlaisavljević to stop individuals and media pressure on our organization.

We once again call on responsible persons from police structures to publicly announce the reasons for police protection for individuals participating in the denial of international law and publicly supporting war criminals. We also call on political parties to act according to the EU resolution which calls for a clear stance from state institutions.

Unfortunately, after the EU resolution, Sanja Vlaisavljević received police protection, and pressure on our organization began.

We once again call on the High Representative in BiH to dismiss the mentioned officials, and not for state institutions, with the support of the international community, to protect and support them," the statement emphasizes.
