SARAJEVO, (Patria) - According to measurements at 8 AM this morning, the air is polluted in Sarajevo (air quality index 307), Tuzla (187), Zenica (202), Lukavac (270), as well as in Visoko, Jajce, Prijedor, data from ekoakcija.org.
Such air has serious consequences for the entire population.
"During outdoor stays, any exertion should be avoided. The most vulnerable population groups: pregnant women, the elderly, and children, individuals with respiratory and heart problems, should remain indoors," the warning states.
An improvement in air quality is only expected with a change in weather on Saturday night into Sunday.
