Zornić for NAP: I deny all allegations and my involvement in war crime

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Director of KJKP Toplane - Sarajevo Enver Zornić responded today to media reports that he was convicted of murder, which was first published by the portal Žurnal. 

In the response signed by Zornić, it is stated that the text published on the internet portal Žurnal under the title "New director of Toplane Sarajevo - convicted criminal who ordered liquidations of Serbs and Croats during the war", signed by journalist Avdo Avdić, is a prolonged pressure and attack on the honor and life of him and his family, which has been ongoing and relentless since 1993.

"I completely deny the cited allegations and my involvement in the mentioned events, as these were fabricated accusations and proceedings at the time. The obvious interest of the person who commissioned this text and the timing of its publication allude to an attempt to stop the initiated processes of revising the previous work and operations of KJKP Toplane - Sarajevo d.o.o., in which there are clear indications of possible abuses, as well as economic and organized crime, part of which has already been reported to the competent Prosecutor's Office. Despite everything, threats and blackmail will not stop the initiated changes and the uncovering of crime in KJKP Toplane - Sarajevo d.o.o.", Zornić stated.
