Abuse of office: 40-year-old acquired over a million KM

Police officers of the Criminal Police Administration filed a Report on the discovery of the perpetrator for the criminal offense of abuse of authority in business on December 28 to the District Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka for LJ.V. (1975), residing in Bosanska Gradiška, it was announced from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska, reports the Patria News Agency.

There is a reasonable suspicion that LJ.V. committed the criminal offense of abuse of authority in business in the period from 16.09.2010 to 17.01.2013 in the area of the municipality of Bosanska Gradiška.

LJ.V. committed the said criminal offense by, as a responsible person in a legal entity based in Aleksandrovac, Laktaši municipality, with the intention of obtaining unlawful property gain in the amount of 1,117,116 KM for his legal entity, by drafting documents of untrue content, i.e., by presenting false business balance sheets and by falsely presenting or concealing facts, he falsely presented the state and movement of funds and business results of the legal entity based in Aleksandrovac, Laktaši municipality, it was announced from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska.
