Golden Boys Welcomed with Thunderous Applause

The cadet basketball team of BiH, which won gold at the European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) in Tbilisi by defeating favored Spain, has arrived home.

Numerous citizens today welcomed the young champions, as well as other BiH Olympians, with thunderous applause at the Sarajevo Airport.

Izet Rađo, Vice-President of the Olympic Committee of BiH, also addressed the attendees, emphasizing his extreme satisfaction that all athletes from Tbilisi returned with their best results.

Let us remind you, the team coached by selector Josip Pandža at this competition included: Džanan Musa, Njegoš Sikiraš, Sani Čampara, Lazar Mutić, Emir Čerkezović, Vedran Mirković, Aljoša Janković, Timur Ovčina, Srđan Kočić, Adi Alikadić, Nikola Đaković, and Amar Barukčija.
