
By the end of yesterday, 288,822 KM has been paid into the account of the Government of the Federation of BiH for flood relief, confirmed Ante Krajina, Minister of Finance of FBiH, for the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).
This is a dedicated account opened for the purpose of collecting aid. At the same time, for the sake of transparency, the Ministry of Finance has published bank statements for this account up to May 23, i.e., until the end of last week, and updated information will be published as soon as it becomes available.
According to these statements, out of a total of more than 110 payments, Raiffeisen bank made the largest donation to the Government's account, amounting to 50,000 KM. An anonymous donation of 25,000 euros was also received, and the television station DM SAT paid an amount of 35,185 KM.
Igman company from Konjic paid 20,000 KM, HSE Energetsko preduzeće company gave 20,000 KM, UNIS Ginex from Goražde 10,000 KM, and Ramiz Džaferović, a private individual, also paid the same amount. He is most likely the dismissed director of the Development Bank of FBiH. The company "Abbvie" paid 10,000 KM.
There is also a large number of private individuals who have paid aid. Zlatko Salko Lagumdžija, son of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, paid 4,396 KM first and then another 100 KM. The Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH, Nermin Nikšić, paid 1,000 KM as a private individual, independently of the decision of all officials and employees of institutions to allocate part of their salaries for aid. Among others, Minister of Finance Nikola Špirić paid 500 KM, and Kasim Trnka 300 KM, reports Patria.
