(Patria) - DF MP in the BiH PA Zlatan Begić has filed a criminal complaint with the BiH Prosecutor's Office against the Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of BiH Borjana Krišto, and several ministers in the Council of Ministers of BiH, former Minister of Finance Zoran Tegeltija, and other unidentified persons due to the illegal appointment of Monika Mijić as interim agent of BiH to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
As Begić explained in his complaint, Mijić was appointed to this position for the fourth time, although the BiH Law on Administration stipulates that interim appointments are made for a period of up to three months, and that a decision on appointment for another three months can be made in justified cases.
Begić explained that Monika Mijić's actions themselves are also questionable from June 2021, when her mandate expired, until March 19, 2024, when she was appointed for the fourth time.
He is asking the BiH Prosecutor's Office to investigate these allegations and the legality of the Council of Ministers of BiH's actions.
Criminal complaint against Krišto B. and others due to grounds for suspicion of committing a criminal offense regarding the (illegal) appointment of the Council of Ministers' agent to represent before the ECHR. I am available to the authorities for further clarification of this web of irregularities. Circus! pic.twitter.com/EXVegYh5fW
