Zinedin Mustedanagić leads the Dragons to a high victory against Moldova

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The youth national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina celebrated a victory against Moldova in the European Championship qualifiers.

The Dragons won the match at "Grbavica" with a comfortable 4:0.

Vinko Marinović's team took the lead in the 23rd minute, when Besim Šerbečić converted Zinedin Mustedanagić's cross from a corner into a goal.

A minute before the end of the first half, Ermedin Demirović assisted, and Mustedanagić scored, taking BiH to a 2:0 lead at halftime.

The same duo was involved in the 55th minute, with Demirović assisting again, and Mustedanagić scoring to seal the victory.

The Dragons' good performance on a very difficult pitch was crowned by a beautiful goal from Marijan Ćavar, who set the final score at 4:0.

The match was supposed to start at 4 PM, but was postponed by 60 minutes due to rainfall in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. However, the poor pitch did not slow down the Dragons, especially the man of the match, Zinedin Mustedanagić, who recorded an assist and two goals today.

The qualifiers continue in September. The coach of the youth national team, Vinko Marinović, was satisfied with his team's performance.

"Due to the pitch, we had problems for the first 20 minutes, but after the first goal, the match went in the desired direction," said Marinović, adding that he was satisfied with Mustedanagić's play.

"I am happy for him, he is playing well at his club too, he played well today and that is what we need, but everyone played well today," said the coach of the BiH youth team.

The coach revealed that they will play a friendly match in June, and that before the continuation of the qualifiers, he will follow the next opponents, Germany and Belgium, scout players for our national team, and assemble the team for new challenges.
