Building of the Geodetic Administration of BiH up for auction on July 4

The building of the Geodetic Administration of BiH will be offered at a public auction on July 4, 2014, with a starting price of 17 million KM, confirmed to the BiH news agency Patria from the Municipal Court in Sarajevo.

We remind you that an auction was scheduled for April 11, but due to objections from the FBiH Public Attorney's Office, judge Milada Mumović postponed the auction and set a new date, Patria reports.

Otherwise, the building has 5400 square meters, a yard of 5200 square meters, and 130 parking spaces, according to the sales notice on the building of the Geodetic Administration.

We remind you that in 2011, the Federal Government passed a Decision by which, on behalf of the Federation of BiH, it took over the founder's rights of JP Geodetic Administration of BiH with limited liability Sarajevo. Also, the FBiH Government took over the rights and obligations of the public enterprise, which is obliged to act in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Public Enterprises.
