Zenica's Čelik is on the verge of solving long-standing problems. The President of the club's Assembly, Damir Bradarac, confirmed this for Patria. The Mayor of Zenica, Fuad Kasumović, is also doing a lot to 'heal' the symbol of Zenica. 

The club's Assembly is scheduled for January 5. Some of the names who could join the Management Board of Čelik are already known. The goal is to form a team of people who will financially recover Čelik. Some of the proposals for the Management Board of Čelik are Eldin Vrače, Edin Beganović, Enes Ibrahimagić, Mirsad Čizmo, Vahdet Drino, Dr. Ermin Čehić... These are well-known Zenica businessmen who can help the club.

The celebrated footballer Elvir Bolić, a native of Zenica, is also mentioned, who could also make a significant contribution to Čelik's recovery.

Football club "Čelik" was founded in 1945. Today, it is a participant in the elite Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Unfortunately, the club has had financial problems for years. Payments to players and club employees are late. In total, the debt is around 10 million KM, including taxes to the state and interest, writes Patria.
