A powerful explosion almost completely destroyed a house in Zenica's Štrosmajerova street, reports a reporter for the Patria News Agency, and the owners claim that a boiler exploded in the house.
Two families live in the house. There were no injuries during the explosion.
Senjin Mujačić, one of the house owners, said that the explosion woke him up on Tuesday around five in the morning. He thought it was an earthquake.
- When I got up, I saw stones, bricks, and pieces of glass all over the house - Mujačić told Patria.
The owners say that the boiler was turned off at the moment it exploded. The house suffered great damage, and it is only a matter of time before the ceiling collapses. The house is no longer usable, and the damage is enormous.
Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Zenica-Doboj Canton conducted an investigation.
