
(Patria) - An earthquake measuring 2.9 on the Richter scale hit the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the evening hours.
This is the second earthquake to shake Sarajevo today, with the first, measuring 4.2 on the Richter scale, occurring this morning around 9:20 AM.
The epicenter of this evening's tremor, which according to the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) occurred at 6:04 PM, was recorded nine kilometers north of Sarajevo, at a depth of six kilometers.
