Željo retains first position with a victory over Radnik

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - FK Željezničar defeated Radnik 2:1 in the 3rd round of the Championship League.

Željo took the lead in the fifth minute. Bogičević took the ball, sent it to Ubiparip who left it for Vranješ, whose 20-meter shot ended up under the visitors' crossbar. Two minutes later, it was 2:0. Vranješ made a great cross from the side, and Zajmović headed it past Lučić.

After a corner and a scramble in the ninth minute, Graovac shot, but Radnik's defenders blocked it for another corner. In the 18th minute, another good chance for the Blues. Ubiparip took the ball, tricked his marker with a body feint, and shot powerfully from 20 meters, but the ball went just wide of the goal. In the 21st minute, Vranješ crossed, and Zajmović headed wide.

Đurić shot from an angle in the 39th minute, but Kjosevski saved with a dive. In the 40th minute, Željo scored another goal through Zajmović, but after consultations between the main and assistant referees, the goal was disallowed. The score was 2:0 at halftime.

Glišić shot powerfully from an angle in the 56th minute, but Kjosevski made a phenomenal save. After a corner, the visitors reduced the deficit. Beširević crossed, and Franić headed the ball into the hosts' goal. Zajmović shot from 20 meters in the 65th minute, but Lučić punched it away. A minute later, Vranješ fired a missile from 40 meters, but Lučić managed to clear the ball with some difficulty.

Radnik threatened through Glišić in the 69th minute when his shot went over the hosts' goal. The score did not change until the end.
