Željezno Polje: Ten Houses Built, Keys Handed Over to Families

Head of the Office for Social Care of the Riyasat of the Islamic Community, Hamed ef. Efendić, visited the municipality of Žepče on Monday together with representatives of the Federal Ministry for Refugees and Displaced Persons. The visit was occasioned by the acceptance of newly built houses for ten families affected by the floods in May 2014, the construction of which was financed by the Riyasat of the Islamic Community together with the Ministry, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

In addition to ef. Efendić and representatives of the Ministry, the ceremonial event was also attended by representatives of the municipality of Žepče, the contractor company „Prograd“ from Žepče, and the supervisory body, the company „Divanx“.

Also, two newly built houses were accepted, the construction of which was fully financed by the Riyasat of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- The commission's conclusion is that all works were carried out very high quality and within the planned deadline, which is confirmed by the satisfaction of the homeowners for whom the houses were built. It should be noted that this type of cooperation has proven very successful and should be continued in future actions - ef. Efendić.

All beneficiaries of this donation expressed great gratitude to the Riyasat of the Islamic Community, headed by Reis-ul-Ulema Husein ef. Kavazović, for the demonstrated care and provided assistance.
