Željezničar secures three points thanks to Vitez own goal

Željezničar, in the 3rd round of the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina, defeated Vitez 1:0 in front of about 3,000 spectators at Grbavica, with an own goal by a Vitez player, Patria reports.

FK Željezničar coach Admir Adžem started with a different lineup for the third consecutive match. This time, Jadranko Bogičević and Denis Žerić got their chance from the first minute. Based on the first-half performance, it was clear that the home coach had made a mistake both in his choice of players and in his tactical setup. In the second half, the home side raised their level of play to some extent and ultimately secured the planned three points.

All of the home team's attacks ended about 20 meters from Tirić's goal.

The visitors patiently waited for their chance and got it in the 30th minute. After a pass from Zukić, Mamić found himself one-on-one with Kjosevski, but the home goalkeeper closed the angle and saved the shot.

The visitors' defense capitulated in the 62nd minute. Željezničar's job was made easier by Ćosić, who, after a cross from Projić, put the ball into his own net. That result remained until the end of the match.
