Željezničar falls at Tušanj

Sloboda footballers celebrated their first home victory of the season.

Slavko Petrović couldn't have imagined a better debut on the Tuzla team's bench than a victory over Željezničar. After 90 minutes, the result was 1:0, and the only goal scorer was Sulejman Krpić.

The guests had the first chance. Goran Zakarić made a good run down the right side and crossed towards Sloboda's goal, but Azir Muminović was in position.

The first major excitement of the match occurred in front of Željezničar's goal. Oragić made a great run past Josip Projić and crossed towards the Blues' goal. Siniša Stevanović reacted poorly, everyone in the stadium saw the ball in the net, but Vedran Kjosevski saved his goal with a brilliant intervention. Just eight minutes later, another attempt by Oradgić, but Kjosevski was in position.

Asim Zec missed the first chance in the second half. The Željo striker was in a good position, but Ignjatović blocked him at the last moment, and the ball went out for a corner.

Željezničar had the best chance of the match in the 57th minute. Goran Zakarić took a free kick phenomenally, but Azir Muminović saved his team with an even better intervention.

In the 60th minute, a controversial situation. Vladimir Grahovac scored a goal. Referee Ognjen Valjić disallowed it for offside, but the Tuzla team was wronged by this decision, as it was a clear goal.

Sloboda had a good chance in the 73rd minute, but Zilkić complicated things in the visitors' penalty area, and a good opportunity was missed. The same player tried a free kick in the 84th minute, but the ball went out for a corner. In the same minute, Zajko Zeba left the game, and the crowd at Tušanj bid him farewell with applause. In the last minute of the match, Siniša Stevanović received a second yellow card, thus a red card, and the Blues finished the match with ten players.

There were no major excitements until the end of the match, so the Tuzla team deservedly got three points in Petrović's debut on Sloboda's bench, while Željezničar's performance was below the level of the second-placed team in the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina standings.

Four matches of the 9th round of the Premier League of BiH were scheduled for today. Radnik-Sarajevo 1:4 and Čelik-Gošk 2:0 were played from 4 PM, Zrinjski and Mladost were played from 5 PM, and the match between Sloboda and Željezničar was played from 7 PM.
