Zelensky: There are no military facilities in Kharkiv, this is the destruction of people and a war crime

(Patria) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky posted a new video on Facebook addressing this morning's attack on Kharkiv.

"Evil, armed with missiles, bombs and artillery, must be stopped immediately. Economically destroyed. We must show that humanity is capable of defending itself," Zelensky said.

He stated that the Russians knew where they were shooting.

"Russian forces brutally shelled Kharkiv today. This is a war crime. A peaceful place, peaceful citizens. No military facilities. This is the conscious destruction of people," said the Ukrainian president.

"For this crime, they will definitely go to the International Court. This is a violation of all conventions. No one in the world will forgive you for killing peaceful Ukrainians," he said.
