ZDK Infrastructure Project Agreements Signed with Directors of Social Work Centers

(Patria) - Agreements for infrastructure projects were signed today at the Ministry of Labour, Social Policy and Refugees with directors of social work centers from the Zenica-Doboj Canton.

- This ministry has recognized the need for the renovation and construction of new social work center facilities in the ZDK area, in order to ensure adequate infrastructure for providing social services to citizens, especially those in need. The implementation of this decision will enable the improvement of working conditions for employees in social institutions and more efficient and quality service provision to users - said the relevant minister Antonio Šimunović.

The public call was published in accordance with the Rulebook on the manner of realizing the right to allocate budget funds intended for the construction of new facilities and assistance for the renovation and arrangement of social work centers in the ZDŽ area. All social work centers had the opportunity to apply for their projects by submitting the necessary documentation.

After evaluating the applications, projects that are fully aligned with the criteria of the Rulebook and met the requirements for fund allocation were selected.

The Ministry will fully finance all submitted projects from social work centers with 327,208 KM, namely: Center Zavidovići (80,000.00 KM), Center Breza (52,156.52 KM), Center Olovo (44,068.79 KM), Center Tešanj (56,000.00 KM), Center Visoko (55,983.10 KM), and Center Žepče (39,000.00 KM)
