Weather (dis)comfort warning issued for employers

In accordance with the provisions of the Law on Occupational Safety and Health, the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, due to adverse weather conditions caused by high air temperatures, today issued recommendations for employers in the Federation of BiH during the red and orange meteoalarm in the territory of the Federation of BiH.

As stated in the document, it is recommended: 

An earlier morning start of working hours, one (1) to two (2) hours before the usual start of working hours.
Possible reduction of the number of working hours during the working day.
Consideration of the possibility of reassigning employees exposed to adverse weather conditions.
Adjustment of the applicable dress code for employees to the current weather conditions.
