Due to great public interest, cable car tickets will be discounted daily until the end of January

The management of the Public Enterprise Sarajevo d.o.o., at the initiative of the Mayor of Sarajevo, Abdulah Skaka, due to great public interest, has decided to extend the existing discount campaign for rides on the
Trebević cable car. The director of JP Sarajevo d.o.o., Ensar Eminović, confirmed this information, emphasizing that a 50 percent discount on return tickets for BiH residents for all cable car passengers will be valid every day until the end of January this year.

"Given that we had increased interest and large crowds during the weekends, and considering the fact that information about air pollution continues to arrive, we decided to extend the campaign. All cable car passengers who are BiH residents will be able to buy a return ticket at a very popular price of 3 KM every day, whether it is a working day or a weekend, until the end of January," said Eminović.

According to him, this decision also aims to further facilitate the use of the cable car and trips to Trebević, especially for pensioners and primary and secondary school students during the holidays.

"We want our elders, as well as the youngest, to take advantage of their free days, breathe fresh air, and enjoy Trebević. In a way, we want to share the joy with the citizens because this cable car project generates positive energy, attracts tourists, and is proving to be the most successful post-war investment in Sarajevo," Eminović pointed out.

Eminović, incidentally, points out that the Trebević cable car transported a large number of passengers throughout last year, operated very successfully, and record results are expected. During the New Year's holidays alone
this year, the cable car was visited by almost twice as many passengers as in the same period last year.
