UEFA has initiated proceedings against Football Club Sarajevo due to a banner that read "Never forget Srebrenica genocide, never forgive", reports the Patria News Agency.
A decision on a potential penalty will be made in the coming period. The management of FK Sarajevo will have the right to appeal.
As the official letter has not yet arrived at the camp of the Maroon club, they will not address the public yet.
The match in which the banner was displayed was played on July 14 at Koševo, where the Sarajevo club met Polish Lech.
