Due to HDZ's threats of unrest in the South, Schmidt abolished the Constitution for Bosniaks, and due to Dodik's "tomato" threats, the OHR was abolished

Violence has become a legitimate (and legal) political tool. Due to threats of "violence in the South", Christian Schmidt imposed parts of the Federation's Constitution, which he then suspended for one day to appease those who threatened violence. Due to fear of violence in Republika Srpska, Christian Schmidt does not dare/does not want to visit Banja Luka, thus legitimizing force as the only political tool that matters in BiH. And those who do not threaten violence can only, for the sake of false peace, make concessions to the violent and claim that it is the only right way.

"I am concerned about the radicalization of Bosniaks," High Representative Christian Schmidt stated to sarajevsko Oslobođenje on May 4th this year.

Schmidt is, therefore, most concerned that Bosniaks have begun to realize that the vote of one Herzegovinian Croat, after the OHR's intervention, is worth as much as three Bosniak votes. He is also concerned that Bosniaks have noticed that "their" Vice-President of the Federation is unnecessary when a government for single use is imposed according to the wishes of those who threatened violence in the South.

In a normal, democratic world, we are taught, a majority is decisive. Christian Schmidt also came from this normal, democratic world. US Ambassador Michael Murphy also came from the same world.

In that democratic Germany, for example, protecting the right to movement and privacy of a Turkish citizen who disagrees with the policies of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, they arrested journalists (Turkish, of course) who "unauthorizedly" photographed and filmed him. Because in Germany, no one has the right, especially not journalists from Turkey, to endanger (even with cameras) anyone's right to movement, and especially not the rights of opponents of Erdoğan's regime.

In America, from where Michael Murphy comes, in January 2021, police killed a woman who was part of a group of supporters of former US President Donald Trump who violently stormed the Capitol. That night, US Vice President Mike Pence said: "Violence did not stop democracy. Come on, let's get back to work".

Under the patronage of Michael Murphy, Christian Schmidt backed down in October last year and April this year in the face of announcements of "violence in the South". The threat of violence defeated democracy. The Constitution was suspended for 24 hours, and a part of Bosniak officials gathered around the Trojka legitimized violence as the only political argument. Provided that this violence is carried out against the Bosniak people, who, as the East and West warn, threaten democracy with their numbers.

"I am not afraid of Dodik's threats. Yesterday (Tuesday, ed.) an attack on me was imminent, I acted wisely".

This is the essence of the politically posthumous interview of former High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina Christian Schmidt.

When you are not afraid of threats, confront those who threaten you. And when you are in power, and Schmidt formally and legally was, then you are obliged to react to violence, no matter how dangerous it may be for you. That is, in fact, your job.

Imagine, for example, if the Ukrainians, following Schmidt's example, had "acted wisely" and retreated before Russian force. Today, Ukraine would not exist, just as the OHR, in essence, no longer exists.

Force, to reverse Mike Pence's words, succeeded in stopping democracy. When the "violent people from the South" threatened unrest, Schmidt joined them and carried out legal violence. Bosniaks suffered that day.

When the violent person from Banja Luka threatened with "tomatoes and eggs", Schmidt retreated to his "rabbit hole". Bosnia and Herzegovina and the OHR suffered that day.

If they had attacked him in Banja Luka, Christian Schmidt explains, no one in Europe would have rejoiced. Russia would have rejoiced.

"You would have a situation that would cause crisis meetings, and this country would be further from Europe".

If I understood correctly, and I am sure it cannot be understood otherwise, Schmidt saved Bosnia and Herzegovina's European path by retreating before Milorad Dodik.
