Due to criminal offense of violating child privacy: Members of the TK Ministry of Interior search studio and home of Fatmir Alispahić

(Patria) - By order of the Tuzla Canton Prosecutor's Office and a warrant from the competent court, officers of the Tuzla Canton Ministry of Interior have been searching the studio and residential premises of Fatmir Alispahić since this morning, Istraga.ba reports.

Alispahić is suspected of committing the criminal offense of violating child privacy under the Criminal Code of the Federation of BiH.

We recall that Alispahić published an interview with a relative of the girls who were victims of human trafficking in Tuzla, without taking into account the protection of the victims' privacy.

The TK Ministry of Interior previously arrested seven individuals, four of whom are members of the TK Ministry of Interior, for inducing minors into prostitution, wards of the Home for Children without Parental Care in Tuzla.

In recent months and years, Alispahić has been intensively conducting propaganda in favor of the HDZ BiH, even publishing documents whose authenticity has not been confirmed by the Hague Tribunal.
