Police in the US state of Kentucky have issued a warrant for the Snow Queen, whom they hold responsible for the cold wave in the country, US media report, according to the Patria news agency.
Kentucky police posted a photo of the Disney character on their Facebook page.

After the humorous warrant, the police released the latest weather forecast, which states that the temperature, currently at -15, will continue to drop.
Heavy snow and cold have paralyzed the eastern and central parts of the US in recent days, where many federal government buildings in Washington were closed in anticipation of a new polar wave.
