At least five Paris high schools were evacuated on Tuesday following anonymous bomb threats, reports Le Parisien, according to the Patria News Agency.
The high schools of Henri IV, a prestigious school in the Latin Quarter, as well as Montaigne, Condorcet, Louis-le-Grand, and Fenelon high schools received threats of explosives. A total of about 2000 students were evacuated from the mentioned schools due to bomb threats.
France has been on high alert since the terrorist attacks that began in January 2015 targeting the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo, culminating in the Paris attacks on November 13, writes Index.
