SARAJEVO, (Patria) - At the 23rd regular session, the BiH Presidency, after a vote of two votes in favor (BiH Presidency Chairman Željko Komšić and BiH Presidency member Šefik Džaferović) and one vote against (Serb member of the BiH Presidency Milorad Dodik), did not reach a consensus on decisions in the area of foreign policy.
In accordance with Article 42 of the Rules of Procedure of the BiH Presidency, due to the lack of consensus, the Chairman of the BiH Presidency will include some of the items that appeared on the agenda for the first time at the next session of the BiH Presidency as mandatory agenda items.
The BiH Presidency, after a vote of two votes in favor (BiH Presidency Chairman Željko Komšić and BiH Presidency member Šefik Džaferović) and one vote against (Serb member of the BiH Presidency Milorad Dodik), did not reach a consensus on decisions in the area of initiating negotiations for concluding international agreements, accepting agreements and determining signatories, and giving approval for concluding agreements in accordance with the Decision of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In accordance with Article 42 of the Rules of Procedure of the BiH Presidency, due to the lack of consensus, the Chairman of the BiH Presidency will include some of the items that appeared on the agenda for the first time at the next session of the BiH Presidency as mandatory agenda items.
The BiH Presidency made a Decision on rejecting a pardon request for one convicted person at today's session.
