Due to Hill Climb Race on Igman-Bjelašnica Road, Traffic Suspended from 10 AM to 6 PM

(Patria) - On Sunday morning, traffic on Bosnian roads is moving on partially wet pavement with reduced visibility due to fog.

On the Jablanica-Mostar main road section, traffic is allowed for all vehicle categories, although in the area of Donja Jablanica traffic is slow and regulated by temporary traffic signals. The traffic suspension on the Jablanica-Blidinje main road remains in effect.

Today (October 27) from 10 AM to 6 PM, due to the Formula Driver hill climb race, traffic will be suspended on the Igman-Bjelašnica regional road, on the section from the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Interior building to Babin do on Bjelašnica.

Due to works on replacing expansion joints on the Reljevo viaduct, on the Sarajevo north-Butila highway section, vehicles are moving in one traffic lane in the direction of travel. On the same section, works are also being carried out on cutting an inductive loop, causing slow traffic in one lane. On the Podlugovi-Visoko section, due to works on installing noise barriers at the work site, a passing lane is in use, and the speed limit is reduced to 60 km/h. Due to works in the Ivan tunnel, on the A1 highway section Bradina-Tarčin, traffic is slow in one lane with traffic signals in place.

On the Matuzići-Doboj main road, due to works, traffic is slow with alternating vehicle passage. Given that this is a highly frequented section, long queues of vehicles form in both directions at the work sites during the day.

Rehabilitation works are also ongoing on the main roads: Simin Han-Donje Caparde, Kladanj-Živinice, Prozor/Rama-Jablanica, Foča-Ustikolina, and Međeđa-Višegrad.

On the Rogatica-Ustiprača main road, due to bridge damage, vehicles up to 30 tons travel in one lane, while traffic for vehicles over 30 tons is suspended.

At border crossings, passenger vehicles do not wait long to cross the border.
