Two-day conference in Srebrenica concludes: New investments and jobs coming soon

The two-day Investment and Development Conference in Srebrenica has concluded, where hundreds of businessmen from BiH and the region presented their projects and tried to find their place in this town, reports a reporter of the Bosnian news agency Patria.

On the first day of the conference, Srebrenica was also visited by Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić, the Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro, members of the BiH Presidency Bakir Izetbegović and Mladen Ivanić, and the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik.

The Mayor of Srebrenica, Ćamil Duraković, is extremely satisfied with the conference, which exceeded his expectations. He counted on the support of officials and businessmen, but not that 13 million KM in direct investments would come very quickly.

Already on Monday, the Government of Serbia will pay 4 million KM into the account of Srebrenica, which is the annual budget of Srebrenica.

This will help local authorities to exit the deficit and start new projects.
