SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Health Insurance Institute of Sarajevo Canton informed the public that employees of the company “Logosoft” have fixed a malfunction caused by construction works on the ground, which led to an interruption in the operation of the Institute's information system.
“Although the malfunction was beyond the circumstances that the Institute could influence, we extend our apologies to all patients and employees in the health sector for any inconvenience,” stated the Health Insurance Institute of Sarajevo Canton.
They confirmed that the system is functioning properly again without any difficulties.
