Silence Pact on EU Directive: In the Goat's Ears

The alleged reason for the obstruction of BiH institutions by Milorad Dodik, as well as the attempt to force a 'compromise' on the implementation of the Law on Prohibition of Genocide Denial and Glorification of War Criminals, is nothing more than the announcement of the creeping secession of Republika Srpska, orchestrated by Belgrade, Milanović (but not Croatia), and the notorious Milorad Dodik (a mere skilled operative).

Since the publication of the controversial amendment to the BiH Criminal Code and the prohibition of genocide denial with threatened sanctions, the legal basis for the adopted law has remained somewhat obscured or insufficiently illuminated.

Namely, all countries, whether candidates or aspirants in the negotiation process for accession to the EU, commit to accepting the EU's legal acquis in a broader interpretation of so-called European values.

Few are aware of what the days of implementing the intention of former High Representative Valentin Inzko looked like in his endeavor to realize the aforementioned values, the content of which is the law itself.
The legal basis and European foundation for the OBLIGATION TO ADOPT THIS LAW as European acquis is the EU Directive from 2008. This Directive (EU legal acquis) recognizes and defines when freedom of speech becomes an abuse of its own contradiction in the intention of glorifying, celebrating, and denying internationally adjudicated crimes against humanitarian law.

Indeed, the acts of denying genocide, glorifying crimes, and celebrating war criminals are precisely what constitute the legal essence of the High Representative's law.

At one point, the Republika Srpska side disputed the legal basis of the adopted law, so the advisor for foreign policy in the cabinet of the BiH Presidency member from the Serb people, Ana Trišić Babić, received, and previously requested, the EU Directive from 2008 through the office of the High Representative, which is part of the EU's legislation, as well as that of all those who aspire to be members of the EU's value system.

BiH Presidency member Milorad Dodik himself is well aware of all this, but with a pact of silence, he and his advisors skillfully conceal this truth in the process of manipulating the Serb ethnicity, presenting their own anger and dissatisfaction as spun, unquestionable truth.

Not so long ago, in one of his verbose political escapades, Milorad Dodik (like Vučić) hinted from the political sidelines that BiH's possible integration path is not solely the EU, with a conscious allusion to the Eurasian Union. Therefore, I am inclined to assert that Dodik's current policy is aimed at deliberately halting BiH's EU path by placing an explosive device of nationalist populism under its tracks.

This must be recognized and nipped in the bud. He has deceived and continues to deceive the Western world for far too long!
