House of Representatives: New emergency session scheduled, Kojović's Bill on the Court is not on the agenda

(Patria) - The House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament decided today that the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Public Procurement and the Bill on Amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH will be considered under an expedited procedure.

These legal solutions, with the request for consideration under an expedited procedure, were submitted to the parliamentary procedure by representatives Saša Magazinović (SDP), Mira Pekić (SDS-PDP-For Justice and Order), Nihad Omerović (NiP), Sabina Ćudić (NS-BHI KF), and Jasmin Emrić (mixed club).

During the vote on the expedited procedure, 19 representatives voted "for", the same number against, while one abstained. After that, it was voted that they be considered under an expedited procedure.

Then, Predrag Kojović, the proposer of the third item on the agenda of today's 24th emergency session - the Bill on the Court of BiH, withdrew his request for this legal solution to be considered under an emergency, but rather under an expedited procedure - which the House of Representatives ultimately voted for.

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Denis Zvizdić, then invited the heads of the parliamentary groups to a meeting of the expanded Collegium to agree on the continuation of the work.

Information was then provided to the media that the 25th emergency session of the House of Representatives has been scheduled for this evening, starting at 6:45 PM.

The agenda includes the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Public Procurement and the Bill on Amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH, while Kojović's Bill on the Court of BiH is not on the agenda.
