(Patria) - Nebojša Radmanović (SNSD) was dismissed tonight from the position of Collegium member of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, and Nenad Nešić (DNS) from the position of Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This is the outcome of the vote at the 25th regular session of the House of Representatives, which followed two urgent sessions held earlier today.
Radmanović, who held the position of second Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, was dismissed with 26 votes "for", ten voted against, while one representative abstained.
The representatives of the Trojka (SDP BiH, NiP, and Naša stranka) requested his dismissal, while representatives of SNSD and HDZ BiH were against including this item on the agenda.
The vote on Radmanović's dismissal was preceded by a debate, which was filled with corrections of false statements.
In addition to Radmanović's dismissal, an initiative to dismiss the Minister of Security of BiH, Nenad Nešić, was also included in the agenda of this evening's regular session.
Representatives of opposition clubs from RS requested Nešić's dismissal, and it was signed by all except the parliamentary representatives of SNSD and HDZ.
Nešić was dismissed with 27 votes "for", while seven representatives voted against. There were no abstentions.
Before being dismissed by the House of Representatives, Nešić announced on his Facebook page that he would resign from the position of Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the morning.
The session of the House of Representatives continues, and you can follow it live in the video below.
