House of Representatives rejected SNSD's conclusions on annulling the High Representative's decisions

(Patria) - The House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament did not support the conclusions proposed by SNSD representatives - at whose request the 13th emergency session of this house was held today.

Seven representatives (proposers) supported the proposed conclusions, 22 were against, and four abstained (HDZ).

Voting Outcome

There was only one item on the agenda: "Consideration of the current political situation in BiH institutions - the constitutional legislative role of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly in accordance with the BiH Constitution".


Proposed Conclusions

SNSD representatives proposed ten conclusions which, among other things, declare the decisions of the High Representative Christian Schmidt null, impermissible, and legally non-binding.
