House of Representatives unanimously supported the principles of the Law on Public Procurement and amendments to the Criminal Code

(Patria) - The House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH tonight supported the principles of both laws that were on the agenda of the 25th emergency session.

Both legal solutions - the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Public Procurement and the Bill on Amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH - were adopted unanimously.

The laws were adopted under an abbreviated procedure, after the House of Representatives did not support their consideration under an emergency procedure at the previous 24th emergency session held today.

Both of these legal solutions were proposed by representatives Saša Magazinović (SDP), Mira Pekić (SDS-PDP-For Justice and Order), Nihad Omerović (NiP), Sabina Ćudić (NS-BHI KF), and Jasmin Emrić (mixed club).
