(Patria) - Following the debate on agenda items, the 19th session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina was interrupted due to lack of quorum. Otherwise, 34 out of 42 representatives attended the session.
After the debate on the 20th item, the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the BiH PA gave a 30-minute break. However, the quorum was clearly lost during that break, and the session was not even resumed, although a vote on the remaining items was supposed to take place.
Previously, due to the lack of entity majority, the House forwarded the Initiative for the reconstruction of the BiH Council of Ministers – the dismissal of the BiH Minister of Security Nenad Nešić, proposed by SDA Club representatives Šerif Špago, Edin Ramić, Safet Kešo, Amor Mašović, Denijal Tulumović, Nermin Mandra, Šemsudin Dedić, and Midhat Čaušević, to the Collegium of the House for harmonization.
The Request of MP Nihad Omerović for the Bill on Amendments to the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina to be considered under an urgent legislative procedure was also forwarded to the Collegium of the House for harmonization, due to the lack of entity majority.
