SDA and DF representatives filed two appeals to the Constitutional Court of BiH to annul the adopted laws in the NSRS

(Patria) - A request for a constitutionality review of the Law on Non-Application of Laws and Prohibition of Activities of Unconstitutional Institutions of BiH, as well as the Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of the RS, was submitted today to the Constitutional Court of BiH by SDA and DF representatives in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH. The adopted law prohibits the work of SIPA, the Prosecutor's Office and Court of BiH, and the HJPC on the territory of the RS.

The request was signed by: Šerif Špago, Edin Ramić, Safet Kešo, Midhat Čaušević, Nermin Mandra, Denijal Tulumović, Amor Mašović, Šemsudin Dedić, and from DF Milan Dunović, Vlatko Glavaš, and Zlatan Begić.

The appellants stated that the Law on the HJPC of the RS, as well as the Law on Non-Application of Laws and Prohibition of Activities of Unconstitutional Institutions, violates relevant provisions of the Constitution of BiH, and it is necessary to annul it.

The Constitutional Court of BiH also received yesterday an appeal from the member of the Presidency of BiH Denis Bećirović regarding these laws, which were adopted by the National Assembly of the RS on February 27, and already on March 5 were published in the Official Gazette of the RS after Milorad Dodik signed the decree.
