Why are Bakir Izetbegović and Denis Zvizdić silent?

Unacceptable assessments and interference in the internal affairs of BiH by the highest officials of the government in the Republic of Croatia continue day after day, while BiH officials remain silent about it, thereby showing their inadequacy for the times and positions they currently hold.

The latest statements by the President of the Republic of Croatia, Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, only confirm the continuity of a policy of interference and further destabilization of relations and conditions in BiH, according to the SDP.

All this time, the Presidency of BiH and the Council of Ministers of BiH offer only silence as a response.

This particularly applies to Bakir Izetbegović and Denis Zvizdić, who, according to the declared positions of their SDA, should be the first to stand up for the defense of BiH's interests, which are clearly threatened by such statements.

Instead, Izetbegović and Zvizdić only remain silent.

The theses about the "emancipation of BiH" are not only insulting to all citizens of BiH, but also carry an attempt to revise and relativize historical facts. This primarily refers to the dishonorable policy of the government of the Republic of Croatia towards BiH in the period from 1992 to 1995, when the para-state of Herzeg-Bosnia was formed, whose entire leadership was convicted of numerous war crimes before the Tribunal in The Hague, which were the result of a policy of creating an ethnically pure Herzeg-Bosnia.

If it is necessary to "emancipate" BiH, this cannot be done without a clear and unambiguous condemnation of the policy of creating this para-state, which still dominates both in the policy of the HDZ BiH and, evidently, in the policy of official Zagreb. It is precisely such a policy that makes BiH a state with special needs, which then supposedly need to be taken care of by some foreign emancipators.

We are particularly surprised by the silence of Bakir Izetbegović, a member of the Presidency of BiH from the Bosniak people, regarding the claims of the Croatian President about how Muslims in BiH are changing and radicalizing, which directly advocates for further isolation of BiH as a state.

It is obvious that the current government not only does not know how to defend and represent BiH's interests on its further path towards NATO and the EU, but it is also clear that no one in the current government simply cares about it.  Therefore, the sooner this government leaves, the better it will be for BiH and all its citizens.
