Session of the FBiH Government

The agenda of the 152nd session of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which began today in Sarajevo, includes the Privatization Plan and the Financial Plan of the Privatization Agency in FBiH for 2015. The privatization plan for this year covers companies for which public calls for sale have been published multiple times, those in which state capital is a minority, as well as those that have operated negatively in the past period and recorded an evident decline in capital, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

The FBiH Government will also consider a Proposal for a regulation on the conditions and manner of conducting student internships in state service bodies in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, aimed at improving cooperation between higher education institutions and state service bodies, in the spirit of public administration reform.

It is also planned to consider Information from the Privatization Agency in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the Analysis of the capital situation in the company Konfekcija Borac d.d. Travnik, for the period from the conclusion to the termination of the contract for the sale of 67 percent of state capital, i.e., the signing of the agreement on the termination of the contract for the sale of 67 percent of state capital of this company dated May 25, 2012, and Information from the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry on the current situation in the company Fabrika duhana Mostar d.d. Mostar.

The FBiH Government also has on its agenda a proposal from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton to review the Decision of the FBiH Government on extending the contract for the transfer of state forest management tasks.

Regarding the initiative of the Tuzla City Council for amendments to the Law on the Allocation of Public Revenues in FBiH, the Federal Government will consider the initiative of the Federal Ministry of Finance to establish an interdepartmental working group for the analysis and preparation of solutions in the field of public revenues and the drafting of a new law.
