Session of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament: Several legislative proposals before the deputies

(Patria) - The session of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament will be held today, and Mirjana Marinković Lepić from Our Party has resigned from the position of Chairperson. From this party, they announced that they will propose a new Chairperson.

The agenda of the session includes the Proposal of the Law on Equalization of Pensions Achieved under the Law on Service in the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina – urgent procedure, the Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Determining and Exercising Citizens' Claims in the Privatization Procedure – abbreviated procedure, the Proposal of the Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Compulsory Insurance in Traffic – abbreviated procedure, the Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Constitution of New Municipalities in the Federation of BiH and Changes to the Areas of Municipalities Divided by the Inter-Entity and Inter-Cantonal Line – abbreviated procedure, the Draft Law on Strong Alcoholic Beverages, the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Spatial Planning and Land Use at the Level of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Family Law of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Non-Contentious Procedure, the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on the Rights of Demobilized Veterans and Members of Their Families.

Before the deputies are also the Proposal of the Tourism Development Strategy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 2022-2027, the Proposal of the Decision on Accepting Debt under the Loan Agreement between BiH and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) for the Air Quality Improvement Project, the Proposal of the Decision on Accepting Debt under the Loan Agreement between BiH and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) for the Health Sector Development Policy Financing Project, and the harmonization of the Proposal of the Law on the Use of Renewable Energy Sources and Efficient Cogeneration.

The last item is elections and appointments, and before this session, a session of the Commission for Elections and Appointments is scheduled. However, it is possible that there will be no quorum for holding that session.
